Custard Base

Cobbler Peach Filling

  • 1.5 lbs (4) yellow peaches ripened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Cobbler Topping

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
