Vivian Tran: Founder and owner of Elevated from Scratch
Hi! I am the face behind the delicious, nourishing recipes created for your health and happiness in mind. I love to create healthy versions of classic meals and snacks while making them extra tasty and nourishing. My story with cooking began when I was 7 years old and I experimented with a spaghetti noodle – simply adding it to lukewarm water, curious to see how the dried noodle becomes edible and delicious. After seeing it transform after hours on the beach, I was so intrigued by cooking and the beautiful transformation of food. From that day, I was always experimenting and honing in on my cooking skills. Now I am so excited to get the opportunity to share my creations with you and to be able to help others enjoy real food that is made to bring more nourishment and joy.
